What happens on the day?

Once you arrive at HQ and meet the staff, you will undergo a safety brief and aircraft familiarization tour. You will then be taken to our operations room where you will be fitted out with a military flight suit and helmet before being strapped in to the jet fighter (this is a perfect chance for photo’s). Then comes the flight and the all important review of the flight on DVD viewed by friends and family!

Aerobatic Trial Instructional Flight

The Aerobatic TIF Flight will have you completing an aerobatic mission in our T6/24 airforce trainer, completing all maneuveres the aircraft is capable of, followed by attempting to fly the aerobatics maneuvers yourself! This flight is for the adrenalin seeker, that will give anything a go! You will complete maneuvers such as the loop, aileron roll, barrel roll, stall turn and anything else you dare to encounter.

Jet Fighter Pilots:

Your Jet Fighters are flown by father-son team Ray and Jay Ekinci, Ray is one of the most experienced Australian Fighter Pilots, Ray has time as a Fighter Combat instructor, and over 20 years of domestic and international air show performances in jet fighters and stunt planes. Ray was the first to introduce the Jet Fighter Ride Concept, and has since then trained and tested the majority of civilian Fighter Pilots, and Jet Fighter Adventure Ride operators in Australia. Ray has completed over 4500 Jet Fighter rides personally since he began the Jet Fighter Ride Concept. Jay at the age of 17 was announced as Australia’s youngest Jet Fighter pilot. Jay  has completed International Ferry Flights, Low level aerobatics to 500AGL, multiple twin types and night flying among several other endorsements and licenses.
