Are there any requirements to participate in a Jet Fighter Flight?

All passengers should be in generally good health (no doctors certificate required), and all passengers should understand the risks of flying in an ex-military aircraft.

– This aircraft is not required to comply with the safety regulations for standard civilian aircraft.

– When flying in this aircraft you do so at your own risk.

– The design, manufacture and airworthiness of the aircraft are not required to meet any safety standard recognised by CASA.  It is however required to meet all standards overseen by the Australian Warbird Association.

– CASA does not require this aircraft to be operated to the same degree of safety as an aircraft on a commercial passenger flight.

?Passengers must be physically fit to fly.  Please notify staff of any medical conditions  or concerns prior to flight.

Is there a height or weight limit?

Height: Our modern aircraft are fitted with adjustable seats, however passengers over 200cm tall should contact us prior to purchasing a flight.

Weight: We can generally accomodate passengers up to 145KG, however we are sometimes restricted by the length of the seatbelts.Passengers weighing over 110kg should contact us prior to booking a flight. 

Can I cancel my flight, or request a refund?

Aside from extreme circumstances, we do not offer refunds as general practice. You can contact us via email to request a refund. Much like rescheduling a flight there is a $250 administration fee payable.

Each situation will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Can I transfer a voucher to another passenger?

Unfortunately our vouchers are non-transferable.

What if the weather is bad on the day of my flight?

We will endeavour to contact you as early as possible should the weather forecast be poor. If the weather becomes a safety issue your flight will be rescheduled.

Can I reschedule my flight?

Yes you can! You can do this any time you like, however there is a $250 administration fee payable if you reschedule within:

Sydney, NSW: 72 hours of your flight.

Wangaratta, VIC – 21 days of the flight.

You may be asked to supply a doctors certificate if the cancellation is for medical reasons.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, from time to time we offer discounts of up to 20%.
We also offer discounts for customers who book groups of 5 people or more, corporate experiences, and defence personell recieve 10% off all year round (not to be used in conjunction with any other discount).

How long does the gift certificate last?

You will have 6 months to redeem your voucher. After 6 months your voucher will be invalid. The value of your voucher will remain as store credit for use by the listed passenger for 30 months.
