All passengers should be in generally good health (no doctors certificate required), and all passengers should understand the risks of flying in an ex-military aircraft.
Passengers must be physically fit to fly. Please notify staff of any medical conditions or concerns prior to flight.
Height: Our modern aircraft are fitted with adjustable seats, however passengers over 200cm tall should contact us prior to purchasing a flight.
Weight: We can generally accomodate passengers up to 145KG, however we are sometimes restricted by the length of the seatbelts.Passengers weighing over 110kg should contact us prior to booking a flight.
Aside from extreme circumstances, we do not offer refunds as general practice.

Much like rescheduling a flight there is a $250 administration fee payable.
Each situation will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Unfortunately our vouchers are non-transferable.
We will endeavour to contact you as early as possible should the weather forecast be poor. If the weather becomes a safety issue your flight will be rescheduled.
Yes you can!
You can do this any time you like, however there is a $250 administration fee payable if you reschedule within:
Sydney, NSW: within 72 hours of your flight.
Wangaratta, VIC: within 21 days of your flight.
You may be asked to supply a doctors certificate if the cancellation is for medical reasons.
Yes, from time to time we offer discounts of up to 20%.
We also offer discounts for customers who book groups of 5 people or more, corporate experiences, and defence personell recieve 10% off all year round (not to be used in conjunction with any other discount).
You will have 6 months to redeem your voucher.
After 6 months your voucher will be invalid.
The value of your voucher will remain as store credit for use by the listed passenger for 30 months.
